The homeowners wanted a space to host outdoors during the summer by adding a large porch at the back of the house, overlooking the backyard. Natural wood, black railings and large glass panels create a sophisticated look and blend in well with the existing exteriors.
We also constructed a new free standing garage to match the house.
Basement reno with wine cellar
Kleinburg
Extreme transformation of an unfinished basement into a cozy entertaining area with kitchen and fireplace.
A neutral color scheme makes the room big and inviting, while the exposed brick details add the necessary touch of character to the room.
The highlight of this project is the temperature-controlled wine room for the client’s collection of over 1000 high-class bottles. Wooden built-ins and the exposed brick look reinterpret the look of an old Italian ‘cantina’, a wine cellar, in a modern way.

Clients do a lot of entertaining at home, so we removed some walls and created a large open kitchen. In the living room, we added a coffered ceiling for some character.

Etobioke during and after
Sometimes space gets scares, especially with a growing family. For this project we enlarged the family home by adding an extra room to the basement.
The front yard was excavated and later backfilled and restored to its original condition.
Proper ventilation ensures comfortable living and the right interior design make the room friendly and airy.
New siding was added to the existing structure, giving the exterior an up-to-date look.
Clients wanted to modernize the exterior looks of their home, make the entrance area more functional and enlarge their garage doors.
We replaced the old siding with a high contrast combination of dark siding and white trim, giving the house a sleek and modern look.
The exterior doors and windows were replaced, and the garage doors enlarged. The new covered porch at the entrance offers shelter and adds a welcoming touch to the house.
