Condo Corridor

After years without renovations this condo corridor looked old-fashioned and needed new flooring. We removed the old floors and replaced them with natural colored, high resistance tiles.

Entrance and corridor renovation

The entrance hall of the condo building was updated with new tiles and a pedimat.

The resident’s corridors were refinished with new carpet, a fresh coat of paint and elegant, timeless wallpaper. Wainscoting on the lower part of the walls adds a sophisticated touch.

Bloor Party Room

This luxury condo needed a complete renovation of their party room. We created a modern, inviting multi-functional space, with various sitting areas and enough space to entertain large groups.

New carpet on resident's floors

We work closely with well know designers to find the best color scheme for each condo building we are tackling. This way we make sure that we find the perfect color scheme for each building, like in this case, where new carpet and a fresh coat of paint completely transformed the whole building and added to the residents feeling of comfort.
