Complete Bakery Reno
At CCS we had the privilege of working with some of the greatest clients in the bakery businesses in Etobicoke and Mississauga. We helped them achieve a great environment for their customers to shop and eat at. Allowing for easy flow of pedestrian traffic throughout and to indulge in the great food that is displayed in the new cases, millwork and racking systems. With 3 expansions at the Etobicoke location, they clients are able to utilize all the space with a new deli area, bakery area, cake decorating area and seating area.
University Residence – Washrooms And Kitchen Reno
We worked closely with great architects and consultants to renovate much needed spaces in residences to help students to achieve their goals. Creating washrooms for the students that would benefit in their day to day routines. The newly renovated kitchen will benefit the chefs to create outstanding meals for the students and staff.
Orthodontist Office Reno
CCS helped create an incredible working environment with numerous patient exam rooms and office spaces for the staff. We are proud to help companies flourish by providing the space that they require for the patients and staff to make for a comfortable work environment.
Grocery store reno
We worked hand in hand with the architects, consultants and clients to create a space that allowed customers to flow throughout the grocery store with ease. We installed new flooring, new millwork and refrigeration systems to display the products they would be selling.
Long term care reno
We designed and built much needed space in the long term care residence. We created an Art room and the staff runs programs for the residence of the home. We also renovated the main floor common area washrooms. We completely gutted the men’s and women’s washrooms. We installed new tile throughout the floors and columns, new toilet partitions and countertops. We renovated the on site hair salon with new plumbing, electrical, tile, millwork and new sinks to wash hair. The residence at the home are able to get their hair done without leaving the residence.
Mobile Carrier Retail Space
CCS built out 3 stores and renovated 2 stores. New tile, millwork and paint was completed to comply with Corporate office standards.
Real estate offices
We renovated a growing real estate office by giving the office space much needed updating. New carpet, wallpaper, doors and hardware, paint and lighting were installed.
